At D'Addario, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
